Need to Bake!

It's been forever since I've baked something. I haven't really had any occasion to bake recently, but now I need inspiration. Any suggestions?

    have you made a souffle yet? i can't remember if you have or not. i hear they can be difficult, but you are super talented so i think you can do it :)
